HORSE CARE BASIC TRAINING

The basics of owning and keeping a horse.

Learn about feed and nutrition;

hoof care and health care;

safety practices;

grooming;

tack;

and How much horses can cost.

This class is a must for anyone interested in having a horse of their own for the first time, or even reintroducing yourself to horse care after a few years.

Be smart - do your homework before you adopt or purchase a horse. Make sure you are prepared for and committed to long term horse care.
